How do I send my footage?

The request form is link-based rather than an in-browser upload. Add an HTTPS link to the raw files in Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io, or OneDrive, and make sure link access is enabled. A folder link is fine when the project has multiple files; include a short note about which files are the camera originals, audio, graphics, or references.

What file types can I send, and is there a size limit?

Common video formats such as MP4, MOV, M4V, and AVI work well, along with separate WAV or MP3 audio and ordinary image or graphics files. The request form does not upload the media itself, so there is no fixed in-form file-size cap. For very large projects, send a shared Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io folder instead of trying to collect everything in one link.

How long does an edit take?

As a working expectation from complete footage and a clear brief, Short-form edits usually take 3 business days, Podcast Clip edits usually take 3 business days, and Long-form edits usually take 5–7 business days. The confirmed delivery date is set with your quote, since footage length, story shape, and the deadline can change the schedule.

How do revision rounds work?

A revision round is one consolidated set of notes after you review a cut—not a single small change sent at a time. Short-form and Podcast Clip include one considered revision round. Long-form includes two. If the brief changes substantially or more rounds are useful, we will scope that with you before doing the extra work.

Are captions and subtitles included?

Styled, on-screen captions are included when the format calls for them, especially for short-form and Podcast Clip work. Separate subtitle files such as SRT or VTT, translated captions, or a major caption redesign are different deliverables and can be added to the quote when you need them.

What format will I receive for each platform?

TikTok and YouTube Shorts are normally delivered vertically at 9:16, 1080×1920. We keep important text and faces clear of the platform UI safe zones, export a clean H.264 MP4 with AAC audio, and shape the runtime around your brief. YouTube long-form is normally landscape 16:9 at 1920×1080; the final runtime follows the story and your publishing plan rather than an arbitrary preset.
